A high level delegation led by Vice Minister of Kazakhstan Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations & Aerospace Industry, H.E. Mr. OLZHABEKOV Malik visited ISRO Centres on November 28, 2023 including Antariksh Bhavan where the Vice Minister had a meeting with ISRO/DOS delegation led by Chairman, ISRO/ Secretary, DOS, Shri Somanath, S. At the meeting Kazakhstan side presented many proposals including launching of Kazakhstan satellites by Indian launch vehicles; support for developing geospatial applications including exchange of earth observation data; support for manufacturing satellites; participation in planetary exploration missions, including human spaceflight programme; and building awareness among younger generation on the importance of space technology and applications. Indian side, while confirming technical feasibility on these proposals, requested Kazakhstan side to provide detailed proposals for further processing. Handling of a few proposals by Indian private sector was also discussed at this meeting.

The Kazakhstan delegation visited ISRO's technical facility for building and testing satellites (UR Rao Satellite Centre/ISITE), apart of interacting with officials of NSIL and INSPACe.
