Prof. Dr. Martin Kocher, Minister of Labour and Economy, Austria visited ISRO Headquarters on February 20, 2024 and had discussions with Mr Somanath S, Chairman, ISRO/ Secretary, DOS and senior ISRO/ DOS officials. Ambassador of Austria to India and an Austrian Industry delegation accompanied the Minister. The Minister appreciated the accomplishments of Indian space program and discussed the opportunities for collaborating in the field of space, especially between the space industries from both sides. ISRO/DOS, while highlighting the positive developments happening in Indian space ecosystem subsequent to the 2020 Space Reforms and release of Indian National Space Policy 2023, conveyed its readiness to enable the interactions among the space Industries of both nations.
