The MoU was signed by Mr.R.Umamaheswaran, Scientific Secretary on behalf of ISRO and Mr.Mark Featherston, Director of Sponsored Projects on behalf of University of Texas, Austin, USA.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Dr.Moriba Jah, Professor in-charge of SSA collaborations, University of Texas, Austin, Mr.Harikrishnan, ISRO Technical Liaison Officer, Indian Embassy, Washington and Mr.Deva Arul Daniel, Associate Director, DSSAM, ISRO Headquarters.

This MoU will pave the way for collaborations between the agencies in mutually beneficial projects related to R&D in SSA activities and observational facilities for SSA.
